DCZ76 Series High Speed Flatbed Digital Cutter


DCZ76 Series High-Speed Flatbed Digital Cutter is a newly developed cutting system aiming for an industry like packaging, Large Format Printing, Signage and Display etc. Configured with versatile tools including Oscillating knife, Creasing wheel, Drag knife, V cutting knife and pen, this High-Speed Cutting equipment cut corrugated paper, honeycomb board, Folding Carton, Foam PVC, Grey board, KT board, PVC expansion board and more. DCZ76 Series has a maximum cutting depth of 60mm. DCZ76 has a various name like Box Sample Maker, Prototyping maker, AD cutting machine, Display cutting machine, Foam cutting machine, smart digital cutting system and so on, according to the different cutting material and applications. DCZ76 is capable to run as a short-run production machine or simply as a sample maker.


Main Features

Modular Head System

DCZ76 Series consists of two independent modules and its cutting tools are interchangeable.

Vacuum Zoning and robust steel frame

Table surface of this digital corrugated board cutter designed with a new vacuum zone and adopts steel frame instead of the original sectional material frame. This new design endows the cutting machine with stronger suction capacity and more stable mechanically.

Automatic Knife Initialisation

Automatic Knife Initialisation feature makes tool replacement more convenient under one-touch command. Upon replacing the knife tool, this function will adjust the depth for a particular tool automatically, prevent from accidentally too deep setting that can cause damage to the cutting table.

Cutting materials

The broad range of materials this machine capable to run for instance but not limited to: Corrugated paper, Honeycomb board, Folding Carton, Foam Board, Grey board, Fabric, Textile, Canvas, KT board, PVC expansion sheet etc.

This machine can be used to make samples, Mockup, small production in the industries such as Signage, Display, Carton Production, Packaging, Graphics and so on.
